R Blades
Since
1977 Quentin has managed Quality Assurance departments for leading
pharmaceutical, health supplement, device and cosmetic companies.
His extensive experience has included being involved in regulatory
affairs functions, manufacturing and production processes and technical
training.
Key Achievements

In
Quentin's capacity of Quality Assurance Manager established Quality
Assurance systems and procedures for Australia's leading Medical
Device Company - Cook Australia and Australia's leading Health Supplement
Company - Blackmores.

Developed
and implemented a comprehensive GMP training program for laboratory
analysts at Parke Davis.

Developed
and implemented the first computerised product stability monitoring
program for Blackmores health products.

Quentin
has submitted over one hundred products for registration with Health
Authorities in Australia and New Zealand

Developed
and formulated over sixty pharmaceutical tablet products for an
Australian pharmaceutical company

Has
successfully prepared companies for ISO certification as well as
ensured facilities meet the requirements for Good Manufacturing
Practice.

Quentin
recently successfully completed, with high distinction, a Master
of Science in Drug Development at the University of New South Wales.
Quentin was one of the first students to enrol in the course and
also served on the University Board of Studies.

Quentin's capacity as Director of Coradji Pty Ltd, he is involved
with the manufacturing processes needed in the development of
consumer goods.
Quentin
is currently a Senior Associate and Manager GMP & Medical Device
Services for Robert Forbes and Associates.
Robert C Dean
Robert
has been involved in innovative product development and production
for the cosmetic and toiletry industry for over 30 years. During this
time he has also been involved in product development for the nutritional
food supplement industry.
Key Achievements

Developed
Australia's first range of Tea Tree Oil Skin Treatments. Which was
validated by the Professor of Dermatology at the University of Western
Sydney.

Developed
a unique Cold Wave Perming solution for Delva (division of Reckitt
and Colman Group) This unique 'first of its kind' solution exceeded
all sales expectations.

Developed
the Nutri-Metics Hair Care Range, which due to its success locally
was launched in the USA.

Developed
the first range of effective water resistant Sun Care Products in
Australia. (Nutri-Metics)

Negotiated
and established manufacturing and production in Asia for Nutri-Metics

Member
of the Nutri-Metics International Technical Committee whose main
brief was to develop products that could be sold in all their territories
around the world.

In
the capacity as General Manager Operations, was involved in the
design and layout of a 25,000sq foot Nutri-Metics Cosmetic Manufacturing
Plant. Installed equipment, obtained therapeutic Goods Licence to
produce herbal/nutritional supplements. Over a four-year period
Robert managed a sales growth of over 300% in cosmetic manufacture.

active member of Australian Society of Cosmetic Chemists.

Robert
has also developed Aromatherapy products, Skin Supplements and Cough
Syrups.

In
Robert's capacity as Director of Coradji Pty Ltd, he is constant
contact with the various Aboriginal groups that Coradji works with
in researching and developing Australian plant products.
Currently
Robert runs his own Product Development Company, where clients include
leading Australian multilevel and retail companies, and he is also
an Associate with Robert Forbes & Associates.
Robert L Forbes
Robert
has been involved in pharmaceutical industry in Australia since the
early 1980's. His expertise lies in regulatory affairs and complementary
medicines. He has many industry contacts and Association memberships
both in Australia and overseas.

Established
one of Australia's largest regulatory affairs consulting firms,
offering a broad range of services. Robert Forbes and Associates
offers not just regulatory affairs advice, but a total service from
product development through to product launch marketing for medicines
(including complementary medicines), foods, cosmetics and devices.
For many clients Robert Forbes and Associates forms the de facto
technical dept, answering consumer enquiries, providing product
development and technical writing.

Developed
and formulated 2 different ranges of complementary medicines for
practitioner clinics.

In
the early 80's Robert co-ordinated and in some cases presented,
a series of Post-Graduate Practitioner Education Programs.

Robert
is currently the President of the Association of Therapeutic Goods
Consultants Inc. in Australia and the Vice President of the Consultants
Association for the Natural Products Industry in the USA. Through
both these associations Robert is instrumental in policy change
and plays an active role in lobbying government.

Robert's capacity as Director of Coradji Pty Ltd, liaises with international
marketers who promote and supply products containing Australian
plants.
Currently
Robert is the Director of Robert Forbes and Associates, a leading
Australian Technical & Regulatory Affairs Consultancy Team for
the OTC medicine (including nutritional supplements, herbs and vitamins),
cosmetic, food and medical devices industries.
